Not skipping warm-ups anymore I used to rush them but doing them properly reduced injuries a lot

I push heavier when the last reps are hard but not sloppy Sloppy reps are my cutoff

Doing every set to failure made my workouts way longer and I was always sore Backing off helped me stay consistent
