I probably put on 8–10 lbs of lean mass in year one The newbie strength gains were more noticeable than visual changes at first

Honestly it depends on my work schedule Usually 4 meals plus a shake As long as protein and calories are there it’s fine

I don’t rush anymore As long as I eat a good meal within an hour or two after training I’m fine The 30-minute window thing is kinda overhyped these days
