Started skinny at 150 lbs ended the year around 168 Definitely added size but not as dramatic as social media makes it look

Keeping workouts simple worked best Squats, presses, rows, deadlifts. No fancy exercises, just getting stronger week by week

I usually run a program for 10–12 weeks before changing anything That’s about how long it takes for me to see real progress before things stall

Dude same here Once the temps dropped my drive went with it I’m just forcing myself to get in and do something even if it’s not a crazy session Half a workout is still better than none
