I think most people aren’t truly overtraining they’re just under-recovering Bad sleep and inconsistent eating catches up fast when volume goes up

I started with push/pull/legs and burned out fast Switched to full body and made better progress with less soreness

I go by feel If my joints start hurting or my motivation drops I take that as a sign to change up the routine
