Upper/lower can work too but only if volume is controlled Most beginners do way too much when they start

I’ve been doing 2–3 minutes lately and my strength jumps are way better When I rested only a minute my later sets tanked hard

Tried both When I lift fasted I feel lighter and more focused but strength takes a slight hit on heavy lifts Depends on your goals honestly
