Looking for easy high-protein recipes that can be prepared ahead of time and stored for later. The goal is to find meals that stay fresh taste good and make hitting daily protein targets easier.

I usually make chicken rice bowls ahead of time. They reheat really well and I can change the sauces so they do not feel like the same meal every day.

Overnight oats with Greek yogurt and some fruit are probably my easiest option. I make a few jars at once and they are ready whenever I need breakfast.

My go to is grilled chicken with rice and roasted vegetables. It is simple but honestly one of the easiest meals to keep consistent with.

Turkey and bean chili works really well for meal prep. It actually tastes better after sitting in the fridge for a day or two.

I like making egg muffins with vegetables and cheese. They are quick to reheat and work for breakfast or even a quick snack.

Homemade burrito bowls are another good one. I prep the rice meat beans and vegetables separately so I can build a different bowl each day.

Greek yogurt bowls are great when you do not want to cook. I add fruit oats nuts and sometimes a little peanut butter.
