Some say train 6 days a week, others say 3 is enough. I’m confused what’s the sweet spot for recovery when you’re new?

Yeah I think that’s where I’ve been messing up just forcing protein into everything instead of actually making it taste good first. Gonna try that ice cream + yogurt combo for sure

I follow kind of a grease the groove approach. Each set just practices the movement. Clean reps, low fatigue. You should feel better with each jump, not more tired.
