When I first started I trained 5–6 days just because I was motivated, but eventually the fatigue caught up hard.

Greek yogurt + chocolate whey + a little peanut butter + freeze it for like 30 mins. Comes out like a soft ice cream. Doesn’t taste healthy at all.

Not gonna lie, I was hesitant at first because a lot of sites overpromise. Decided to give it a shot anyway. So far, no issues with delivery and everything feels legit. Progress has been steady, which is way better than the ups and downs I had before.

At the end of the day if your first working set feels strong and stable, you warmed up enough. If it feels stiff or shaky, you rushed it. Keep it simple and save the gas for the PR set.

I used to skip deloads and just push through. Strength stalled way faster back then.
